Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial operations - At least 5 years as a Plant Manager in the dairy industry. - Background in the FMCG sector, ideally with high-volume production. - Experience in the beverage industry will be highly valued. - Proven ability to lead teams, implement procedures, and thrive in growing organizations - Strategic mindset, result orientation, and strong leadership capabilities
