The group has 9 subsidiaries around the world.</p><p><br></p><p>We believe our people are our most important asset, so well offer you a dynamic international working environment with constant opportunities for development.</p><p><br></p><p>Currently we need to reinforce our team in Ventós Barcelona by adding a <strong>Quality Control Technician.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Perform quality control analysis on essential oils and aroma chemicals</li><li>Carry out chemical tests according to internal specifications and industry standars</li><li>Conduct organoleptic evaluations (taste and smell analysis)</li><li>Operate and interpret results using GC-FID and GC-MS instruments</li><li>Participate in the development, validation, and maintenance of analytical methods for gas chromatography</li><li>Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product traceability and compliance</li><li>Prepare reports, certificates, and documentation related to quality control</li><li>Support the implementation of continuous improvement processes within the QA department</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare reports, certificates, and documentation related to quality control</li><li>Support the implementation of continuous improvement processes within the QA department</li><li>Degree in Chemistry or related scientific field</li><li>Desirable: Master’s degree or proven expertise in Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry</li><li>Expertise in the Flavour and Fragance industry is a strong asset</li><li>Familiarity with quality standards and analytical protocols in the chemical or cosmetics sector is valued</li><li>Solid knowledge of organic and analytical chemistry</li><li>Experience or interest in natural substances, chemical synthesis, and analytical method development</li><li>High level of English is a must</li><li>Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently</li><li>Team spirit, flexibility and proactive attitude</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>We offer a benefits package which includes:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Free language classes and access to other training courses</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Subsidized meals and breakfast service</li><li>Corporate paddle tennis court for employees and their families</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Do you think your professional profile fits and this could be a good project for you?
