What We're Looking For
Previous experience of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a head waitress/waiter is a plus.
Professional appearance, always adhering to The Pacha Group's Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished demeanour.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, based on the requirements of the restaurant.
A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and Best Practices in Restaurant Operations.
A Proactive Nature and Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus), to engage effectively with guests, Pacha Family Members, and stakeholders.
Finds creative solutions and takes ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
Skilled in improving Customer Satisfaction and driving profitability.
Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in Full Compliance with local regulations.
