THE ROLELocation: Spain (Remote)
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, with possibility of extension
Reports to: Marketing Manager Spain
We are looking for an Influencer, Social Media & Partnerships Executive to lead and execute influencer marketing, UGC and local brand activations in Spain. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for a highly organised and culturally plugged-in professional with a strong understanding of the Spanish social media and influencer landscape.
The role plays a key part in building Ancient + Brave's presence in Spain by activating the right creators, partnerships and content formats, while ensuring strong alignment with global influencer strategy and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & UGC Management
Support planning of influencer campaigns aligned to brand objectives and commercial priorities
Contribute insights on content trends, audience engagement and platform opportunities
Collaborate across marketing functions to weave influencer efforts into wider campaign calendars
Own day-to-day agency management for influencers and UGC creators in Spain across all tiers (nano to macro)
Identify, onboard and nurture long-term relationships with creators aligned with the brand's values, wellness positioning and aesthetic
Act as the main point of contact for influencers throughout the full campaign lifecycle
Coordinate briefing, content creation, approvals, posting schedules and usage rights
Ensure all influencer and UGC content complies with brand guidelines, messaging and local regulations
Social Media, Content & Trends (Spain)
Support social media content planning from a local market perspective, with a strong focus on creators, UGC and trends
Identify relevant formats, platforms and narratives that resonate with Spanish audiences
Stay up to date with social media, wellness and lifestyle trends to inform influencers and content strategy
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure influencer and content activity supports broader social and marketing objectives
Partnerships, Events & Local Activations
Lead local partnerships in Spain, including brand collaborations, talent partnerships and strategic alignments
Support the planning and execution of influencer events, brand gatherings, launches and experiential activations
Identify cultural moments and local opportunities to drive relevance and impact for the brand
Execution & Operations
Manage end-to-end execution of influencer, social and partnership initiatives, from planning through to delivery / publication
Coordinate product seeding, logistics and follow-ups with influencers and partners
Oversee influencer content approvals and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
Maintain clear timelines, documentation and tracking across all activities
Reporting & Performance
Track influencer, UGC and social content performance against defined KPIs
Prepare clear performance summaries and insights to optimise future activity
Share local learnings and recommendations with the Marketing Manager and Global Influencer Manager
Maintain accurate CRM and tracking documentation for ongoing evaluation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing Manager Spain on planning, execution and prioritisation
Collaborate with the Global Influencer Manager to ensure alignment with global strategy, tools and processes
Coordinate with brand, social and global teams as needed
Who You AreTo be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
Essential
Minimum 2+ years' experience in influencer or digital marketing roles
Strong understanding of Spain influencer ecosystem
Excellent communication skills with confident relationship and stakeholder management
Proficient in reporting and campaign analytics
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines
Desirable
Familiarity with influencer databases, CRM tools or social media analytics platforms
Experience in lifestyle/ wellness or beauty
