Orvitai is an AI platform helping hospitality businesses automate customer interactions across channels such as website chat, WhatsApp, Google Reviews, missed-call recovery, and AI-powered customer support. The software is already built, operational, and ready to scale.
I'm looking for someone entrepreneurial who wants to help build a company's commercial side from the ground up. This is not a traditional sales role. The right person will be responsible for building and running the business's revenue engine.
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and outreach
• Product demos
• Closing new customers
• Customer onboarding
• Customer success and retention
• Upselling and account growth
• Helping shape commercial strategy and processes

• Experience in SaaS, hospitality technology, customer success, or sales is a plus
• Comfortable working in an early-stage environment
Compensation:
• Initial collaboration on a freelance (autónomo) basis
• €1,500/month fixed fee
• Commission on every new customer signed
• Additional commission on customer renewals
• Additional commission tied to customer retention
• Commission on upsells and account expansion
• Monthly bonuses based on MRR growth
• Portfolio-performance bonuses
Realistic earnings for a strong performer are expected to be in the €4,000-€6,000+ per month range once ramped up, with substantially higher upside if the business scales successfully.
Central European Time preferred, although other locations are also possible.
