For our location in Barcelona, our HR at Netquest is looking for an energetic and proactive HR Services Specialist that strengthens our team.

As HR Services Specialist, you will have following key accountabilities:
1. Calculate monthly payroll, as well as monthly taxes such as social security (Siltra-Casia) and 111 and 190 form. (Agencia Tributaria)
2. Perform day-to-day payroll activities.
3. Ensure post-payroll activities are followed, including routing documents and reports to the Finance team or others.
4. Manage and register employment contracts
5. Communicate and handle the administration with local authorities and external providers in labor related topics.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to the full employee lifecycle ( joiners and leavers, promotions, absences,..)
7. Act as a point of contact for local management and employees who have questions regarding operational HR processes and guidelines.
Now that we've introduced you to the position as HR Services Specialist, what skills, qualifications and experience should you have?
8. You have knowledge of Payroll system A3EQUIPO and ideally 2-3 years of experience in a Payroll Department.
9. You have experience with Spanish labor law.
10. You have an eye for detail, and you are a critical thinker.
11. You are proficient in Excel and have good analtyical skills
12. You are client oriented and have organizational skills
13. You are fluent in Spanish and English.
