Our client is a leading global fashion retailer, operating in 200+ online and 90+ offline markets worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-level digital solutions, working with a modern tech stack and delivering measurable business value.
Please note that this is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office at least twice per week.
IF YOU ARE
* An experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner with a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
* Confident in backlog management, prioritization techniques, and roadmap planning
* Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
* Experienced in stakeholder management and expectation alignment, including senior client-side stakeholders across multiple countries
* Comfortable working with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, business, QA
* Experienced in driving discovery activities: workshops, interviews, hypothesis validation
* Solid understanding of non-functional requirements and their impact on product quality
* Data-driven: able to analyze user feedback, track product metrics and KPIs, and use them to inform backlog priorities
* Upper-Intermediate Spanish (B2+) - required for direct communication with client management
* Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) - required for work with cross-functional delivery team
AND YOU WANT TO
* Manage and continuously refine the product backlog - prioritize based on business value and customer impact
* Contribute to product roadmap planning and communicate progress and scope to client stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clear and actionable
* Lead discovery activities: workshops, hypothesis validation, user research
* Analyze user feedback and product performance metrics to drive informed backlog decisions
* Support product KPI and OKR tracking, linking business goals directly to backlog priorities
