FRESH
FRESH is a unique organization within the BNP PARIBAS IT Group, responsible for aligning IT programs with the strategies of Finance and Risk. With over 150 team members in Madrid and Lisbon, the FRESH EMEA hub provides resources and expertise for projects across Finance, Risk, and ALM-Treasury. The landscape is evolving due to regulatory reforms, ESG commitments, digital transformation, and global projects shaping BNP Paribas's future.
ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
* Lead the LRR stream of the OFS migrations.
* Design and develop systems and solutions for LRR Finance processes and users.
* Rationalize existing systems inherited from various initiatives.
* Support, operate, and manage incidents for LRR systems.
* Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
* Assist in training and change management for Finance users.
* Continuously improve LRRS services by identifying inefficiencies and reviewing processes.
* Implement the FRESH framework, including agile @scale methodologies and cross-stream collaboration.
Within the EMEA region, a dedicated LRRS team is part of the FRESH EMEA Hub, which operates as a service center within the Oxygen Platform in Lisbon and Madrid, under the 'Extended Team' model.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate in the Local Regulatory Reporting Solutions team.
* Design, develop, and maintain Local Regulatory Reporting solutions such as WKFS, CoreLRR, Report Generator, and local tools.
* Deploy LRR solutions for international entities across regions.
* As a Finance Business Analyst, analyze LRR by collecting system architecture, reporting processes, and report inventories.
* Identify report restitution axes and define solutions aligned with architecture principles.
* Develop specifications based on business requirements and prioritize within agile backlogs.
* Design testing strategies, build user manuals, and maintain documentation.
* Prepare documentation for senior management decisions in governance bodies.
REQUIREMENTS
* Provide functional support to tool users, ensuring high-quality work and deliverables.
* Graduate with a Masters in Accounting, Finance, or an Engineer diploma with relevant certifications.
* 3-6 years of finance experience in banking, including audit and consultancy.
* Knowledge of IFRS implementation.
* Experience as a business analyst or project manager in finance systems is preferred.
* Experience working in international environments is valued.
* French language skills are a plus; knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.
SKILLS
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Jira, Business Object, COGNOS, SQL, and local vendor solutions.
* Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
