An international company undergoing transformation and expansion across Europe is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join its regional team. This is a strategic role with direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence cross-border HR initiatives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Location: Madrid Scope: Multi-country (Europe) Languages: Fluent English is essential; other European languages are a plus

We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven experience managing HR cases across several European countries – this is non-negotiable.
Brings a generalist HR background with strong operational and advisory capabilities.
Is confident navigating performance management, exits, grievances, and restructurings in multi-country environments.
Understands European labor law and EU directives, and can translate legal frameworks into practical HR solutions.
Is fluent in English (mandatory), with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Has worked in international settings, ideally in professional or financial services.
Bonus points if you:
Hold a qualification in employment law or CIPD.
Are data-driven and comfortable building dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
Speak additional European languages.
