Talent Acquisition Site Program Manager
The Talent Acquisition Site Program Manager will lead all sourcing and recruiting activities for a critical data center site in Southern continental region. This role blends strategic workforce planning, program management, and hands‐on recruiting execution to meet aggressive staffing milestones for both technical and operational roles. As the primary talent partner for the site, you will manage recruiting timelines, own relationships with internal hiring leaders, external recruiting partners, and workforce development organizations, and represent the company in the local labor market. This role requires a strong understanding of data center or mission‐critical operations hiring, a bias for execution, and the ability to scale talent programs from the ground up.
Key Accountabilities
Recruiting & Sourcing Execution
Own full‐cycle recruiting for data center technical and operational roles, including Data Center Technicians, Data Center Engineers, Chief Engineers, Assistant Data Center Managers, Data Center Managers, and other site‐based operations roles
Proactively source passive talent through direct outreach, referrals, trade schools, and community partnerships
Execute high‐volume and specialized recruiting efforts while maintaining quality and speed
Site Program & Workforce Planning
Lead staffing programs aligned to site build‐out, expansion, and steady‐state operations
Manage and execute hiring plans, timelines, and staffing deadlines tied to business readiness milestones
Track recruiting metrics such as time‐to‐fill, pipeline health, and hiring velocity and adjust strategy as needed
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Serve as the primary talent advisor to site leadership, operations managers, and HR partners
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions
Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, vocational programs, local colleges, workforce development agencies, and external recruiting partners
Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, community events, and educational partner engagements
Team & Vendor Oversight
Directly manage and mentor at least one recruiter, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, prioritization, and execution
Coordinate and manage agency or RPO partners as required to meet site hiring demands
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, preferably supporting data centers, mission‐critical facilities, engineering, facilities, or industrial operations environments
Proven experience conducting hands‐on, full‐cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles
Experience managing or leading at least one recruiter or recruiting resource
Demonstrated success partnering with trade schools, educational institutions, and workforce development organizations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels
Experience managing recruiting programs with defined timelines and hiring targets
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting data center site launches, expansions, or large‐scale hiring initiatives
Knowledge of skilled trades, facilities engineering, or critical infrastructure talent markets
Experience representing and promoting an employer brand in local or regional labor markets
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Lever and recruiting CRM platforms
