We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our French Business Team at Weekendesk in Barcelona.
In this role, you’ll work closely with top hotels in France, helping them grow their business and ensuring a successful partnership with Weekendesk.

Your Role at Weekendesk As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of 200-250 hotels in the French region. You’ll be at the heart of our business, where your ideas and strategies directly shape the growth of our hotel partners.
Day-to-day responsibilities Negotiation Mastery: Lead the charge in securing the best deals, negotiating new offers, and ensuring profitable contracts.
Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the business and marketing teams to craft targeted campaigns that drive visibility and revenue.
Market Strategist: Keep an eye on the competition, analyze KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to keep us ahead of the game.
Proactive Partner: Develop and execute action plans to boost sales and support underperforming hotels, transforming challenges into opportunities.
Customer Advocate: Always aim for the best deals and experiences for our customers while strengthening relationships with our hotel partners.
