Managing director retail (marbella)

North Search partners with a global FMCG leader to fill a Managing Director role in Spain.

The Managing Director will oversee and optimize the entire P&L;, lead the Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D;, and Logistics teams, and report directly to the Integral CEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Spanish affiliate focused on retail strategy.
- Implement and manage robust processes in collaboration with International.
- Drive the expansion.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning reliability.
- Translate commercial forecasts into actionable plans.
- Implement best practices in business development.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with top clients.
- Identify automation and digitalization opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a major in business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Retail industry, working for multinational companies, as a BU lead, with a strong business mentality and people leadership approach.
- Work experience in European Matrix environments is required.
- Excellent skills in team building and development.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
