The Position:
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing feedback from customer requests to Product teams.
* Guiding customers from purchase through onboarding, ensuring maximum value from Isotrol products.
* Building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
* Following up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize adoption and retention.
* Collecting and passing user feedback for product evolution.
* Identifying new product extension opportunities with sales teams.
* Analyzing product usage to identify actions and success stories.
* Representing the voice of the customer within Isotrol.
* Having extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.
Your skills and experience:
* Good communication skills in English and/or other languages (High level of English - B2).
* An engineering degree is preferred.
* Work experience in electrical trading teams.

* Holidays: 22 days plus December 24th and 31st (if on weekdays).
* Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1 to August 31.
