The Property Maintenance Manager will oversee the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of holiday rental properties. Responsibilities include managing repair and maintenance tasks, coordinating with external service providers, ensuring properties meet quality and safety standards, conducting regular inspections, and handling emergency maintenance issues promptly. The role also involves managing property records and reporting on maintenance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance, handyman repairs, gardening, and pool servicing.Manage maintenance projects and coordinate third-party contractors when needed.Use property management software to schedule, track, and report tasks.Respond to urgent maintenance issues, especially during high season.Prepare clear, written maintenance reports for property owners in English.Communicate with suppliers, tradespeople, and local contacts in Spanish.Conduct regular property inspections and identify improvement needs.QualificationsExperience in property maintenance and managementStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in managing repair and maintenance tasksAbility to coordinate with external service providersExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExperience in hospitality or real estate is a plusBachelor's degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related fieldValid driver’s license and own transport (preferable)Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shiftsBased in or near Mijas and able to travel across the Costa del SolWhat We OfferFull-time contract :
