Sales Manager - Málaga Location: Benalmádena Costa, Spain
Job Title: Sales Manager (Dutch-Speaking) - Hybrid MV02
Responsibilities include:
Leading the team to achieve business and performance targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Providing accurate sales forecasts and maintaining CRM data integrity
Removing roadblocks and supporting the team in sales opportunities
Analyzing data and market trends to develop strategic sales plans
Staying informed on client services developments and market trends
Responding promptly to client issues as a point of escalation
Maintaining strategic client relationships through effective communication
Ensuring team understanding of targets and coordinating incentives
Building business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations
Your qualifications

Bilingual or proficient in Dutch and fluent in English
5+ years proven sales experience
Passion for customer experience and team results
Experience in operations and strategy
Excellent coaching skills
Proven ability to develop and retain employees
Experience maximizing revenue and working with CRM systems
Solution-oriented management experience
