Digital Business Representative (DBR)
Autodesk is seeking a high-performing, consultative Digital Business Representative (DBR) to independently drive digital revenue performance across moderate-complexity transactions while contributing to digital sales motion optimization. In this skilled-level role, you will own advanced inbound and signal-based outbound motions, manage moderate-complexity opportunities end-to-end, and consistently achieve ACV and KSO benchmarks. You will leverage CRM analytics, performance insights, and structured digital selling techniques to optimize conversion rates, expand whitespace within accounts, and improve digital sales effectiveness.
This is a target (KSO) based role with performance incentives, reporting directly to a Digital Business Manager. There is an expectation to be in the office with frequency.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
Drive inbound and signal-based outbound outreach across multiple opportunity types (hotline, chat, MQLs, e‐commerce triggers, abandoned carts, trials, etc.)
Independently close transactional digital opportunities within defined ACV targets by navigating pricing discussions and managing negotiations effectively.
Consistently achieve quarterly ACV, revenue, pipeline, and expansion targets.
Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within existing digital accounts.
Conduct consultative discovery aligned to customer workflows and business objectives.
Conversion Optimization & Data-Driven Execution
Analyze inbound and outbound conversion performance and refine outreach strategies.
Leverage CRM dashboards and analytics to prioritize strategically and improve forecast reliability.
Maintain high CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
Translate performance metrics into actionable insights to enhance digital effectiveness.
Contribute structured feedback to optimize campaigns, automation, and digital pathways.
Customer-Centric Engagement & Operational Excellence
Deliver high-quality consultative engagement across phone, chat, and email.
Ensure SLA adherence and +90% response rates.
Proactively identify and recommend improvements to digital sales processes.
Resolve moderate-complexity pricing and fulfillment issues in coordination with Finance and Operations.

Partner with Territory, Renewals, Emerging, and Enterprise teams for seamless orchestration.
Provide structured feedback to Marketing to improve campaign performance.
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Digital E‐Commerce teams to ensure smooth execution.
Highlight automation and process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
Fluency in English in combination with one or two other European Languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish).
3+ years of inside sales, SaaS, or technology sales experience.
Proven track record of consistent quota attainment.
Experience managing moderate-complexity digital transactions end-to-end.
Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (Salesforce, HVS, Clari, Gong, Outreach, etc.).
Strong analytical and conversion optimization capabilities.
Experience selling across phone, chat, and email channels.

Salary is part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, compensation may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
