We operate across 800 e-retailers in 50 countries, serving industry giants such as Heineken, Lego, Danone, Nestlé, Diageo, and JDE.As a leader in data intelligence, we specialize in gathering, analyzing, and applying proprietary artificial intelligence to deliver relevant data and monitoring tools, helping our clients maximize their e-commerce performance.The roleAs an IT Support at Shalion, you are expected to:Provide support with hardware for equipment, meeting rooms, and network hardware.Provide support with Windows and MacOS software (user support).Create and maintain an updated inventory of company assets locally.Provide support with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and other tools used by the company.Support auditing, control, and maintenance tasks for ISO 27001 compliance.Manage IT equipment policies and general IT administration.Office network management (including configuration of the second line, the business one).Support and manage other offices/business tools and software.Identify and propose areas to maximize user experience and productivity in the working environmentYour profile should include the following:Experience with Microsoft Admin console and Google Workspace.Single sign-on integrationsDomain creation and managementTechnical documentation in our wiki in NotionEnglish proficiency (as multiple employees in the company are international).Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute tasksIdeally, you will also have:Basic experience with cloud providers (AWS)Basic experience with IaCWhat we offer you An international team – Work with colleagues from 10 nationalities.
