National Sales Manager - Medical Aesthetics
This role leads national sales of aesthetic injectables into clinics, dermatology practices and cosmetic surgery groups across Spain, where product choice directly drives revenue, retention and patient demand.
You will lead the Spanish market with full accountability for revenue, team performance and competitive positioning across clinics. Your decisions will directly shape growth, market share and how the portfolio is adopted and expanded.
Role Overview
You are responsible for defining and delivering the commercial strategy for Spain across a focused aesthetics portfolio. This includes leading the national sales team, driving consistent performance, strengthening key accounts and increasing adoption and treatment usage across clinics.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the national sales strategy across the aesthetics portfolio
* Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Own key account relationships with clinic owners, group operators and senior injectors
* Drive new business acquisition alongside expansion of existing accounts
* Lead commercial negotiations and secure agreements with high value customers
* Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
* Monitor performance data and implement actions to improve revenue outcomes
* Work cross functionally with medical and marketing to support product adoption and launches
Candidate Profile
* Proven leadership experience within medical aesthetics
* Strong track record of delivering revenue growth throughout Spain
* Experience leading and scaling sales teams within Spain
* Deep understanding of clinic dynamics, treatment economics and customer behaviour
* Established network of key decision makers and KOLs
* Strong commercial capability across pricing, negotiation and account strategy
* Data driven approach to forecasting, planning and performance management
