Shift Supervisor
Position: Shift Supervisor in Production Department at Centrient Pharmaceuticals.
The Main Activities And Responsibilities
- Organize and lead the team under your responsibility.
- Follow up on actions and events from previous shifts.
- Monitor the process in real time, personally overseeing critical operations.
- Prepare and manage information from the various meetings attended.
- Control, ensure, and verify that production operations are carried out and documented in full compliance with GMPs and Centrient standards.
- Contribute to investigations and action plans related to quality issues, including complaints, deviations, and incidents.
- Ensure that all activities on site are carried out safely and do not pose any risk to personnel.
Requirements
The Idóneo Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Engineering, or a Higher Technical Diploma in Chemical Process Operations.
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
