We are looking for a motivated and analytical Global Sales Excellence Specialist to support the evolution of our commercial organization within Power Conversion Solutions.
In this role, you will help improve how we manage sales performance, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and demand planning across global markets. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Management, and Business Leadership teams to drive data-driven decision making and support commercial excellence initiatives.
This position is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience who are looking to grow within an international environment and gain exposure to global commercial operations in the energy transition sector.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, improve business processes, and help build a more connected and scalable commercial organization.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Support forecasting, pipeline management, and demand planning activities across global markets.
* Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and commercial performance metrics.
* Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Support the implementation of sales excellence initiatives and process improvements.
* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to improve business execution.
* Provide insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making and business growth.
Your Background
* 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Planning, Analytics, Bid Management, or similar functions.
* Experience working with forecasts, sales pipelines, KPI reporting, or business analytics.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into actionable insights.
* Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in international or cross-functional environments.
* Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
* Fluent English required.
