You will join our sourcing team as a Category Manager with responsibility for a defined group of material categories. You will drive strategy, supplier performance and long-term improvements across five subcategories: You will work with colleagues across engineering, operations, quality and procurement to align decisions with our long-term business goals.
You will work with integral teams and regional stakeholders to support sustainable improvements in cost, quality, delivery and reliability. You drive standardization and simplification initiatives to optimize cost, quality and supply resiliency.
You work with planning and Fulfillment, engineering, quality and operations to align decisions with business needs.
You manage category‑related projects with ownership and minimal oversight.
You analyze data and translate findings into sourcing actions.
You are fluent in English.
