We are seeking a OneTrust Customer Success professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in the OneTrust platform, combined with a strong understanding of privacy and data protection processes. You will support our clients in maximising the value of their OneTrust implementation, ensuring successful adoption, optimisation, and ongoing alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients using OneTrust
* Support onboarding, configuration, and optimisation of OneTrust modules
* Provide guidance on best practices across privacy programme management
* Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion
* Collaborate with internal teams to support delivery and resolve client queries
* Build strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience working with OneTrust (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of privacy and data protection frameworks (e.g. GDPR)
* Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
* Ability to translate client needs into practical platform solutions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Relevant certifications (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM, or OneTrust certifications) are desirable
