Public holidays are

For part-time roles (minimum 50%), candidates must work
full-time during the training period

Your Responsibilities
Assist customers with travel-related inquiries via phone and written communication
Provide accurate booking support and travel guidance
Handle changes, cancellations, and general travel questions
Deliver professional, solution-oriented customer service
Work efficiently within booking and CRM systems
What We're Looking For
Native or C1/C2 Danish (written & spoken)
B2 level English (written & verbal)
Strong communication skills and service mindset
Comfortable working in a structured, shift-based environment
Basic computer skills
