We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with expertise in Data Centre or Critical Facility sectors, or extensive experience across MEP projects.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Commercial Team in Bid Process and Identify Future Project Opportunities;
2. Prepare comprehensive Financial Reports, keeping stakeholders up-to-date with Risk and Opportunities throughout the project lifecycle;
3. Liaise between teams to manage Project budgets, Forecasts and Cost plans; Subcontract Orders and Purchase Orders;
