We are currently looking for a dynamic, proactive, and growth-driven professional to join our team as a Client Success & Sales Growth Specialist.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, supporting them throughout their journey, answering their questions, identifying opportunities, and ensuring that every family or partner enjoys a smooth and outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries clearly, quickly, and with a solution-oriented mindset.Guide clients throughout their entire journey to ensure an exceptional experience.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and coordinate with the sales team.Provide personalized solutions based on each client's needs.Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase satisfaction and retention.Support new client acquisition and contribute to business growth.Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain our programs and services.Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve processes and results.
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in customer service, sales, customer success, or similar client-facing roles.Dynamic, proactive, and motivated to grow within the commercial/sales department.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust with clients.Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.Passion for sports and international environments.Fluent German and Spanish (required).Additional languages are a strong plus (English, Italian, Catalan or others).
