Solar Guitars is looking for a Guitar Technician to join our growing team in Girona, Spain.
We are seeking a technician who will work closely with our in-house tech team to ensure every instrument meets the highest standards of quality, playability, and performance.
> Responsibilities
Guitar setup (action, intonation, neck adjustment, nut work)
Fretwork (leveling, crowning, polishing)
Electronics installation and troubleshooting (pickups, wiring, soldering)
Hardware installation (bridges, tuners, EverTune systems, etc.)
Quality control inspections
Repair and maintenance of returned instruments
Collaboration with the technical and production teams

Proven experience as a guitar technician / repair specialist
Knowledge of electric guitar construction and components
Soldering skills
Experience with modern systems (e.g., EverTune) is a plus
Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset
Ability to work in a team environment
Good communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
