CARRIER MANAGER - OCEAN FREIGHT Is Logistics your passion? Logistic is the future! As a Carrier Manager – Ocean Freight, you will: Collaborate with LLP Operations, Planning, central PCM teams, and the customer to identify and secure the most suitable, cost-effective transportation providers across countries, regions, and lanes. Take ownership of carrier account performance — track KPIs, report accurately, and support the development of effective corrective action plans when needed. Identify and onboard new carriers to ensure capacity, cost competitiveness, and service quality. Ensure all carriers go through the LLP approval process and meet 100% of compliance requirements, including Quality, Security, Operational, and Corporate compliance, in line with contractual obligations. Monitor carrier performance against service agreements and recommend replacements if needed. Own and continuously improve the carrier strategy — short-, medium-, and long-term — aligned with procurement initiatives. Fluent English (written and spoken) Proven experience in Supplier/Carrier Management, including evaluation and negotiation of maritime service providers Minimum 5 years of management experience in logistics, preferably in multimodal transport (Courier, Road, Air & Sea), and freight forwarding Experience with Carrier Performance evaluation, including KPIs and reporting metrics Strong customer relationship managementand senior account managementskills The opportunity to work with general clients and innovative logistics solutions
