who will helpgrowing our presence in the staffing and recruitment industry, particularly in the Digital Customer Experience, Tech, and Business Transformation spaces.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an important role in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging top talent to ensuring successful placements. We’re looking for someone who thrives on the challenge of finding the right candidates and gets satisfaction from knowing they played a pivotal role in connecting talent with life-changing opportunities.What will you be doing?
Drive Talent Acquisition & Build a Strong Network:
Identify and engage top talent in Digital CX, AI, Data, and Tech consulting.Use a balanced approach—LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking—to build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.Establish yourself as a trusted recruitment expert and go-to partner for career opportunities.Match the Right Talent with the Right Opportunities:
Work closely with Business Managers to understand client needs and expectations.Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Oversee the hiring process from sourcing to successful placement.Develop and Maintain Long-Term Relationships:
Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to create long-term partnerships.Provide career advice and market insights to candidates, helping them make informed decisions.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.What do you bring?
A first experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing in the consulting or digital industry.You have a keen interest in “all things digital.”You are passionate about people and have strong communication and relationship-building skills.You are a proactive and results-driven person,who enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect match.You are data-driven. Numbers are your ally, and you critically evaluate performance, uncovering insights to continuously improve.Your strong emphasis on prioritization and adept time management allows you to efficiently handle multiple recruitment projects.In addition to being fluent in English, you bring a high level of Dutch proficiency to the table (French would be a plus).The offer
