We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner - Recruitment Technician for our Recruitment team. Your role will be key in attracting and selecting the best talent for our projects. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, handling multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Manage comprehensive recruitment processes, defining strategies to attract, attract, and select the best professionals aligned with our company's and clients' needs.
* Maintain direct communication with department heads to understand needs, define profiles, and promote talent acquisition.
* Identify internal talent to foster professional development within the organization.
* Write and publish job offers on employment portals and actively search for suitable profiles.
* Collaborate in fulfilling the Annual Training Plan.
Minimum Requirements:
* Excellent communication and management skills, empathy, analytical ability, and time management.
* Proactive, autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
* University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in the cultural and/or tourism sector, is valued.
* Proficiency in Office suite, especially Excel.
* Creative skills in drafting and communicating corporate documents.
* Experience with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job portals) and knowledge of candidate attraction strategies.
* Languages: native/bilingual Catalan and Spanish, advanced English; additional languages like French are a plus.
