This position is responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of RD projects, managing external scientific collaborations, and supporting business development initiatives. The role bridges science and strategy, helping to drive the company's innovation, partnerships, and positioning within the biotech landscape. /ppKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /ppBusiness Development /pulliSupporting the business strategy (Development Plan, Target Opportunity Profile, Investor Deck, Regulatory Plan, Roadmap...). /liliSupport deal origination through initial outreach, qualification of prospects, and coordination of conferences, meetings and presentations. /liliHelp prepare business proposals, presentations, etc. to articulate value propositions to partners and/or clients. /liliAssist in the management and maintenance of BD databases and tools. /liliSupport the creation, revision and execution providing strategic input to legal documents, including confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, consortium, services/consultancy and collaboration agreements. /liliAct as a strategic bridge between RD and the executive team, ensuring scientific developments are aligned with corporate objectives and commercial potential. /li /ulpStrategic analysis Market Intelligence /pulliDevelop a deep understanding of the biotech and pharma landscape, key competitors, and industry trends. /liliCollaborate with scientific and clinical teams to extract and interpret relevant insights from biological data, clinical trial results, and regulatory information, focusing on their implications for business strategy. /liliTranslate complex scientific findings into actionable business opportunities, supporting positioning, market access, and licensing efforts. /liliBuild business cases to define challenges and opportunities for D-Sight and support strategic decision making. /liliFormulate data-driven, define challenges and positioning opportunities aligned with the company's growth and objectives. /liliCollaborate with the CEO to assess these challenges and opportunities to support strategic decision-making. /li /ulpScientific and Project Management /pulliResponsible for creating and maintaining integrated project development plans and timelines, for tracking and reporting project progress, and for preparing project-related meeting minutes, presentations, reports, and documents. /liliSupport in manuscript elaboration for grant applications, scientific study reports, RD technical partnerships, etc. /liliResponsible for managing collaborations with key stakeholders (mainly contract research organisations and collaborators from academia): build and maintain strong relationships and foster collaborative partnerships and alliances to drive the company's strategic initiatives. /li /ulpREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS /ppEducation: Ph.D. degree in a relevant field /ppExperience: 4+ years’ experience in business development, strategic consulting, knowledge and tech transfer office or industry-facing scientific roles in biotech/start up.
