Overview
Business Development, Sales and Marketing Specialist (Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Safety, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Services) at PVpharm. The role involves working closely with PVpharm’s team to develop and execute business development, sales and marketing initiatives in the pharmacovigilance, clinical safety, regulatory affairs and medical services space.
Responsibilities
* Identification and consecution of potential clients and projects in all markets
* Creation and management of proposals
* Revision and management of commercial contracts
* Leads management
* Strategic development and maintenance of partner relationships
* Finding funding for projects, including EU funding
* Contribute with the detailed description of company services
* Collaborate with Operations to align business development with service delivery
* Implementation and maintenance of the marketing strategy
* Implementation of business plans
* Implementation of communication policy
* Development and active participation in marketing activities and communications
* Active participation in business meetings and fairs
* Support ERP implementation
* Manage business KPIs/objectives
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in the areas of interest
* At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing areas related to the areas of interest, preferred in a Service Provider Company
* Knowledge of national and international regulations applicable to the field of expertise
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
* Health Sciences and Business degree (MBA preferred)
* Extraordinary interpersonal communication skills
* Proficiency in several languages
* Sales and opportunity minded
* Professional appearance and ability to represent the company appropriately in professional settings
* Confident and trustworthy
* Ability to work in a team and also autonomous, with proactive planning
* Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
