The call will be b open from November 28 to December 18 /b, so interested applicants are encouraged to b contact us as early as possible /b to prepare a joint proposal within this timeframe. /p pb Key responsabilities /b /pulli Being responsible of performing experiment focus on the antibody development from start to finish (mice immunization - hybridoma screening – antibody engineering – antibody production) /lili Express different antibody formats using mammalian expression systems. /lili Purify expressed proteins using a range of chromatography techniques. /lili Characterize and perform quality control of purified antibodies molecules using biochemical and biophysical methods (e.g. SDS-PAGE, CE-SDS). /lili Design and generate DNA constructs using a variety of cloning strategies. /lili This is a wet lab position and is expected for you to directly perform the above-mentioned tasks. /lili Analyse, interpret, and clearly communicate experimental data, both verbally and in written reports. /lili Maintain accurate and timely records of all work in laboratory notebooks, in accordance with company procedures. /lili Collaborate cross-functionally with the different departments to ensure successful selection, implementation and execution of translational research and clinically relevant biomarker assays and plans. /lili Support the Immunochemistry team in antibody testing and contribute to day-to-day lab operations (e.g. maintenance of instruments, preparation of SOPs and risk assessments. /lili Being a proactive player in writing scientific publications and grants. /li /ul pb Required technical skills /b /pulli Hold a PhD in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Antibody Discovery, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology or a related field /lili Have proven expertise in antibody/chimeric protein development, with a strong understanding of the antibody engineering and scaled-up production. /lili Have an in-depth understanding and hands-on research experience of molecular biology and cellular biology techniques, including DNA cloning and mammalian cell culture. /lili Have hands-on experience with in-vivo models (mice). /li /ul pb Preferred technical skills /b /pulli Experience in biochemical Immunoassays (e.g. ELISA, SPR, RIA, CLIA). /lili Hands-on experience with flow cytometry FACS. /li /ul p Send your CV and a one-page motivation letter to: /p
