Requirements

* C1 level of German and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
* Proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.
* Strong resilience and the ability to handle a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
* Experience working with targets and achieving high-volume sales results.
* Prior experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving client issues and enhancing their experience, is highly valued.
* Strong customer‑facing experience, particularly in a service‑focused capacity.
* Ability to work efficiently in a changing environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities.
