The role of Sales and Marketing Team Assistant reports to the Zone Director. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Providing support to the Sales & Marketing team in Barcelona
* Organizing events and handling administrative tasks
* Supporting the Zone Director with high-quality assistance
1. Supporting the Sales & Marketing teams
* Preparing PowerPoint presentations and consolidating information
* Generating POs and onboarding new providers
* Maintaining reporting files and consolidating data (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Arranging shipments of materials to customers
* Conducting consumer analysis and research
* Preparing and delivering presentations and analyses for internal and customer use
* Managing specific customer operations: orders, forecasts, payments
* Creating marketing newsletters for distributors
2. Event organization and administrative support
* Planning meetings and seminars
* Managing travel expenses and preparing expense reports
* Ordering office supplies, business cards, conference call accounts, MS Teams accounts, etc.
3. Supporting the Zone Director
* Managing the director's agenda
* Planning international visits (flights, taxis, visas, agendas)
* Organizing meetings, webcasts, conference calls, and logistics
About You
2-3 years of experience in a multinational environment in Sales and Marketing, including internships. Prior assistant roles, especially supporting General Managers or Directors, are preferred.
Nice to have: Experience in travel agencies or event organization.
Language Skills
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Systems Knowledge
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and PO processes and systems.
Personal Attributes
Well organized, autonomous, pragmatic, quick learner, flexible, results-oriented, positive, and constructive. Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and demonstrating excellent communication and relationship skills at all levels. Maintains independence, reactivity, confidentiality, and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
