What You'll Do

Lead the full restaurant operation from pre-opening through launch and beyondBuild, train, and inspire a top-tier front-of-house teamCreate an electric, guest-focused atmosphere aligned with the Leña brand DNAOwn the guest experience from first impression to last detailDrive service excellence during high-volume, high-energy shiftsCollaborate closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless, elevated serviceManage schedules, staffing, and performance with a sharp operational mindsetControl costs and hit financial targets without compromising experienceBe the face of the restaurant present, visible, and hands-on on the floor

Who You Are A proven Restaurant Manager with experience in high-end, high-volume venuesExperienced (and excited) about openings or fast-growth environmentsA natural leader with charisma, energy, and presenceHighly organized, solution-driven, and calm under pressurePassionate about hospitality, food, and creating moments people rememberFluent in English;
