We are looking for a Requirement Engineer/Business Analyst to help us lead digital work streams with a client-obsessed mindset. As part of the Order Management ART, you will act as a customer advocate, collaborating with technology to ensure that key requirements are delivered as part of the product backlog.
Responsibilities:
Support the bank’s Product Owner for the Order Management initiative, focusing on strategic capabilities that impact clients and front office employees.
Collaborate with Change & Client Experience, Business Management, and Technology teams to conceptualize journeys, design and prioritize features, provide requirements, and prioritize user stories.
Extract insights from client online behavior and usability testing to continuously iterate client journeys and improve product experience.
Implement frameworks to drive product adoption and establish feedback loops to ensure the product meets client needs.
Manage business and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring continuous user feedback during agile delivery.
Plan and orchestrate training activities, creating easy-to-understand training and engagement materials for clients and front office.
Create high-quality communication deliverables, such as EDMs, and articulate the communication strategy through presentation materials.
Work on projects with a good grasp of project management, including structure, clear roles, and responsibilities.
Essential Requirements:
At least 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a financial institution, fintech, technology, or consultancy company in India.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to process information quickly and break complex matters down to their core.
Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to obtain necessary decisions.
Experience defining a vision and strategy for digital solutions, managing the full product lifecycle from idea stage to scaling, and integrating user feedback into product requirements.
Familiarity with client needs in wealth management and private banking, with a good understanding of business processes, process design, and re-engineering, especially in online trading across asset classes and digital channels.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience partnering with research, design, change, and technology in a design thinking and agile framework.
Proficiency in English (essential) and Spanish (desired).
Desirable Requirements:
Experience with products like T24/OTMS or TSI is an advantage.
Experience in building trading apps in India and familiarity with local regulations (including SEBI).
Understanding of regulatory responsibilities and risk management, collaborating with legal and compliance teams to assess regulatory considerations of digital solutions.
Experience working in Agile environments .
