At Chez Junior Sóller, we are offering 2 internship positions for trainee cooks aimed at gastronomy students who want to train in a professional and dynamic environment.

The internships are carried out through an agreement with a school or educational institution.
\n
The trainee will support the team in daily preparation and service, taking part in mise en place, preparation of simple dishes, station organization, cleaning, and receiving deliveries. They will work under supervision, following the team’s guidance and adapting to the real pace of the restaurant.

We are looking for a proactive attitude, organization, commitment to quality, and a genuine desire to learn. The goal is for the trainee to build a solid foundation in professional cooking, discipline, speed, and teamwork.

Requirements

- Currently studying cooking or gastronomy
- Agreement with an educational institution
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Interest in Mediterranean cuisine and seasonal products
- Basic Spanish and English
- Good presentation
