About the Role\nAt CARRER,

we’re looking for an Operations & Customer Service Intern to support our daily operations at CARRER.
\n
This role is designed for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, who is keen to gain hands-on experience across operations, logistics, and customer interaction within a growing fashion company.
\n
Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of B2C and B2B orders, including processing, follow-up, and issue resolution. Assist with orders returns, exchanges, and coordination with logistics partners.
\n
Help monitor stock levels and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and maintain Excel reports on orders, sales, and inventory. Manage day-to-day customer service support, solving order-related queries and ensuring a positive client experience.
\n
Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to keep processes efficient and up-to-date.
\n
Requirements\nStudent or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.\nConfident with Excel (pivot tables, basic data analysis).\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nInterest in fashion, retail, and operational processes.\nFluent in English, Spanish is required.\nImmediate availability to start.
