About H2SITE:
\nH2SITE is a deep-tech start-up that uses advanced membrane reactor technology to solve the hydrogen transport problem by converting hydrogen carriers with well-known supply chains and separating hydrogen gas blends into fuel cell purity hydrogen.\n
Founded in 2020 in Bilbao, Spain, it emerged as a spin-off from two renowned research and development centers in collaboration with ENGIE New Ventures as its first industrial investor: TECNALIA, the largest private research center in Southern Europe specializing in membranes and material sciences among other fields, and the Eindhoven University of Technology (TUe), a reference in process intensification. Headquartered in Loiu, the company employs over 60 team members in its unique membrane production facilities located in Loiu, Spain.

Mission:
\nAs an\nInnovation Engineer,\nyou will be responsible for the R&D; within H2SITE, identifying improvements in the reactor design and investigating solutions to maximize the efficiency of the technology.\n
Functions:
\n
\n
1. Be a key player in the execution of the testing program within H2SITE comprising membrane reactors.
\n
2. Be critical thinking with the data generated and propose further technological developments.
\n
3. Be part of the team in charge of IP management within the company.
\n
4. Provide insights for reactor optimization and play a key role in decision-making with updated configurations.
\n
5. Provide support to the engineering team during reactor design.
\n
6. Collaborate closely with other project disciplines (Membrane R&D;, process engineering or mechanical engineering) to ensure all required inputs are correctly reflected in the new reactor designs.
\n
7. Keep focus on the state of the art of the technology in bibliography.
\n
8. Provide support to operations team for data analysis interpretation, as well as for data mining and system optimization.
\n
9. Support QHSE policies and programs development.
\n
10. Report unsafe conditions and adverse environmental events.
\n
11. Training laboratory technicians in the operation of test benches.
\n
\nWhat you´ll need to Succeed:\n
Professional training:
\n
\n
- MSc on Chemical or Material Science Degree.
\n
\nDesirable education:\n
\n
- PhD in any of the above disciplines.
\n
- B2 English level.
\n
- Safety in the Chemical Industry.
\n
\nProfessional Experience:\n
\n
- +3 years of experience developing similar functions.
\n
