Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and participate in technical project design.
Provide effort estimations and collaborate with teams to meet project goals.
Optimize application performance and identify technical risks with solutions.
Work with technology providers as needed, document processes, and track system metrics.
Validate and test solutions against business needs, train users, and implement technological advancements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, generate documentation, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Identify methodological improvements and evaluate innovative products and systems.
Knowledge / Experience
Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud;
knowledge of other clouds is a plus.
Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), SDLC, and coding principles.
Fluent in English, with Salesforce certifications considered a plus.
