Responsibilities
* Requirements Lifecycle: Identify, record, and oversee project needs for international deployments, managing agile narratives, sign-off benchmarks, and ranked backlogs.
* Platform Expertise: Provide functional guidance for D365 Customer Service (ticket lifecycles, SLAs, automated distribution) and Field Service (maintenance requests, scheduling, resource coordination).
* Systems Connectivity: Define mappings for external connections and low-code automations, ensuring seamless data flow for client profiles, equipment records, and billing triggers.
* Discovery and Design: Lead collaborative sessions to visualize current versus future state workflows, identifying gaps to ensure consistency across global territories.
* Technical Translation: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to convert operational needs into technical blueprints and success metrics.
* Data Integrity: Collaborate with technical squads to develop field-level mapping and middleware logic, ensuring robust verification of all data exchanges.
* Validation and QA: Design evaluation protocols, lead End-User Validation (UAT) phases, and oversee the categorization and resolution of system anomalies.
* Launch and Readiness: Support system cutovers, provide intensive post-launch root cause investigation, and produce end-user manuals to facilitate global knowledge transfer.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Technical Knowledge: Proven proficiency in D365 Customer Service and Field Service modules.
* Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English (German language skills are a significant bonus).
* Availability: Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel to Germany for occasional on-site project requirements.
* Project Background: Experience with full-suite D365 implementations within a manufacturing or global environment is highly desirable.
