The project
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our customers, enthusiastically conveying a passion for the brand, and helping them find what they are looking for with a friendly and helpful attitude. You will also be responsible for achieving the shop's objectives and maintaining the shop properly ordered and updated with the necessary products.
What will the role entail?
* Customer experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand's values.
* Sales: Achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
* Shop operations: Work as a team, carry out inventories, manage stock, handle cash register, prepare daily reports, among others, to ensure the store functions correctly.
* Shop image: Keep the shop properly organized, follow visual standards, and ensure it is updated with the necessary products to offer quality service.
