Our commitment is to hire the best talent regardless of race, religion, gender, age, or abilities, promoting their professional and personal development. /ppbr/ppbPosition Mission /b /ppEnsure the effective identification, assessment, and management of project risks and opportunities across all phases (engineering, procurement, and construction), supporting decision-making and contributing to successful project execution. /ppbr/ppbMain Responsibilities /b /pulli Identification, assessment, and management of project risks and opportunities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. /liliDevelopment and maintenance of the project risk and opportunity register, ensuring proper tracking, ownership, and mitigation actions. /liliFacilitation of risk workshops with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify potential threats and opportunities. /liliQuantitative and qualitative risk analysis, supporting decision-making and project planning. /liliMonitoring of risk mitigation actions, ensuring timely implementation and effectiveness. /liliIntegration of risk management into project planning, cost control, and scheduling activities. /liliSupport to project leadership in evaluating potential impacts on cost, schedule, and project execution. /lili Coordination with interface, planning, and cost control teams to ensure alignment of risk-related information. /liliPreparation of risk reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. /liliPromotion of a proactive risk management culture across the project. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliDegree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or similar). /lili5–8 years of experience in industrial projects, with exposure to risk management and project controls. /liliExperience in large-scale industrial projects within sectors such as metals, mining, energy, or similar. /liliKnowledge of risk management methodologies and tools (risk registers, qualitative/quantitative analysis, Monte Carlo is a plus). /liliExperience working in EPC or EPCM environments. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliGood communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities. /liliHigh level of English (minimum B2 required, C1 preferred). /liliAvailability for relocation to Sweden. /li /ulpbr/ppb Preferred Experience /b /ppbr/pulli Previous experience in international projects or working on-site. /lili Familiarity with project control tools (Primavera P6, risk analysis software, Excel advanced). /liliUnderstanding of cost and schedule integration in risk analysis. /li /ul
