Role: Production Supervisor (F/M/D)
Responsibilities:
* Supervise shift operations across three shifts.
* Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
* Make timely decisions to maintain production output and analyze situations for effective direction.
* Maintain production and attendance records, monitor KPIs.
* Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
* Motivate and develop the production team.
* Enforce safety, quality, and environmental policies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of production experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership abilities.
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing or similar processes.
* Ability to coach employees and manage conflicts.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of translating ideas into tangible outcomes.
* Effective presentation, report writing, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Innovative mindset for continuous development and process redesign.
