We’re looking for a Junior Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to join our team and play a key role in growing and strengthening our partner ecosystem across multiple markets.

The Role
This is a hands-on commercial role where you’ll work at the intersection of account management, business development, and marketing operations — with strong exposure to strategy, execution, and analytics from day one.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Partnerships & Media Operations Manager and the B2B Sales team.
What You'll Do
Account Management
Manage and grow relationships with existing partners (tour operators, media, CSEs, distributors)
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across partner portfolios
Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights
Act as a key point of contact for partner needs and coordination
Business Development
Prospect and onboard new partners via outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn, trade fairs)
Support negotiations and commercial discussions with potential partners
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and verticals
Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of prospects
Marketing & Campaign Operations
Coordinate marketing campaigns, flash sales, and media activations with partners
Work with internal teams to ensure timely execution of partner campaigns
Liaise with design teams to create partner-facing assets (banners, landing pages, visuals)
Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of campaign performance
Analysis & Automation
Track performance data and build dashboards to monitor partner and campaign results
Extract insights and propose improvements based on data
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency across workflows
Support continuous optimization of outreach and campaign processes
What We're Looking For
Recently graduated (Master’s level) in Business, Marketing, or a related field or with 1st experience in sales, partnerships, or account management
Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
Strong commercial mindset with a passion for relationship-building and closing deals
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills (written, phone, and in-person)
Team player with a curious, hands-on, and positive attitude
