Our Business Performance team is responsible for building the analytical backbone that powers our consulting work. We turn operational data into structured tools, models, and decision frameworks that allow our consultants to deliver better results, faster.
We are looking for a Performance Operations Analyst (Trainee) to strengthen this capability.
About the Role
This role is analytical and execution-driven.
You will work directly with the Business Performance & Data team who support consultants by building Models, Calculators, Structured analysis frameworks, Dashboards and Slides and decision materials.
Your work will directly impact how consultants analyze restaurants, negotiate with aggregators, optimize pricing, and improve profitability.
You will not be managing clients directly, your role is to support building the analytical engines that allow others to perform at a higher level.
Your Responsibilities
Performance & Consultant Support
* Support consultants with recurring analysis and operational tasks.
* Prepare and update models, calculators, and dashboards used in day-to-day client work.
* Execute repetitive analytical processes with rigor and attention to detail.
* Clean and organize datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Tools & Model Execution
* Help build and maintain practical tools (P&L files, pricing calculators, benchmark trackers, channel mix models).
* Update and improve existing spreadsheets and templates.
* Ensure tools are structured, reliable, and easy for the team to use.
Operational Execution
* Support the Performance & Data team with daily operational tasks.
* Assist in standardizing internal workflows and reporting formats.
* Contribute to building reusable templates and internal documentation.
Slides & Reporting
* Prepare structured slides and reports based on existing analysis.
* Translate numbers into clear, simple visuals for internal and client meetings.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills are essential.
Comfort with PowerPoint / Google Slides is required.
What We’re Looking For
Core Profile
* 0–2 years of experience (internships count).
* Extremely strong in Excel / Google Sheets.
* Comfortable building models from scratch.
* Highly analytical and structured.
* Detail-oriented and rigorous.
* Comfortable working with large datasets.
* Strong logical thinking.
* Fluent in Spanish & English.
Technical Requirements
You should be comfortable with:
* Advanced formulas ( INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, logical functions and more..)
