We are seeking an experienced Retention Manager to take full ownership of Weekendesk’s user retention strategy, encompassing CRM, lifecycle management, loyalty programs, user engagement, and repeat rate performance across all markets.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the end-to-end owner of CRM across all Weekendesk markets (FR, ES, BE, NL, IT).
Full strategy. Full execution. Full impact.
You will own the full CRM & lifecycle strategy across all markets and build automated journeys in Insider (email, push notifications, onsite personalization, SMS, WhatsApp).

What You’ll Do
CRM & Lifecycle Execution
Own all email marketing : newsletters, transactional emails, and automated journeys
Design and optimize retargeting, abandoned booking, and re-engagement flows
Lead push notification strategy with strong cross-channel orchestration
Drive segmentation, personalization, and continuous testing (content, timing, formats)
Retention & LTV Growth
Build and scale retention programs (loyalty, early access, referrals, win-back)
Act as the LTV owner, identifying churn points and lifecycle opportunities
Partner closely with Product, UX/UI, and Tech to align CRM with product experience
Content & Innovation
Develop high-impact CRM content strategies to drive engagement and conversion
Lead innovative initiatives (e.g. AI-generated guides, travel inspiration, buyer resources)
Ensure CRM actions are reflected on-site via personalized experiences
Data & Optimization
Track and report CRM performance (OR, CTR, conversion, LTV)
Own a strong A/B testing framework within Insider
Work with Data teams to ensure clean, usable customer data
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation, with strong ownership of email and retention
Hands-on experience with Insider or a similar enterprise CRM platform
Systems thinker, comfortable building scalable workflows, triggers, segmentation, and personalization
Experience with omnichannel CRM (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, onsite personalization)
Strong testing and optimization mindset (A/B testing, insights-driven decisions)
Comfortable with data: reading dashboards, defining metrics, spotting patterns
Proven experience building automated journeys, transactional emails, and retention programs that drive repeat bookings and LTV
Curious, experimental, and continuously looking to improve
AI-enthusiast, already using AI tools for copy, insights, testing, or personalization
