Job Description: Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - # DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - starting October 1st, 2025. We are looking for recent graduates (#Graduates_Spain) from various disciplines interested in developing their careers in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands innovative ways of thinking, relating, and looking at challenges.
What does this internship consist of? In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those seeking top-tier training in new areas essential for future professional development. You will have the opportunity to pursue a Master, organized into three training blocks, allowing you to DISCOVER in-demand skills today. The program includes an 11-month internship at Airbus in a field related to your degree, enabling practical learning and academic completion. The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (excluding August). It is a full-time position (40h/week) with an attractive study grant.
Internship Description
* You will join the Reward/Compensation & Benefits Spanish team at Airbus Spain.
* The Reward team is part of Human Resources (HR), responsible for providing Compensation & Benefits solutions and tools aligned with Airbus strategy for both national and international scopes.
* Our focus areas include Benefits, Salary, and Job Grading for Airbus Spain employees.
* You will support process improvements, simplification, and implementation, working within a local team and across international teams.
* Your tasks will involve supporting salary campaigns, grading and job leveling activities, and defining benefits offerings for Airbus employees.
* You will also monitor the performance and effectiveness of Reward solutions.
Required skills #AirbusDiversity: To succeed, you should demonstrate:
* University studies in Law, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; expert level appreciated.
* Experience with MyPULSE, SAP is desirable.
* Flexibility and quick reaction to diverse tasks.
* Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information effectively.
* Proactivity in proposing process improvements and solutions orientation.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with willingness to work in local and international environments.
