Role and Responsibilities
You will support us mainly in acquiring new members and organizing community events. Your work will primarily involve engaging with LinkedIn profiles of our community hosts (typically corporate executives) and managing communication via email.
Specific tasks include :
* Preparing and following up on community events (guest lists, name tags, surveys, connecting participants, updating CRM)
* Preselecting potential members and contacting them via LinkedIn with prewritten messages
* Sending informational messages and invitations through LinkedIn and email
* Responding to inquiries and comments using adaptable templates
* Posting and analyzing content on LinkedIn
* Coordinating with community hosts and podcast guests via email
* Maintaining our community database (CRM)
* Providing support wherever needed
* Ensuring error-free work with great attention to detail, especially in communication
* Working efficiently, capable of sending up to 150 preformulated messages per hour
* Managing time effectively to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Your profile
* Availability to start between December 1, 2024, and February 10, 2025, with a 40-hour workweek
* Core working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible scheduling
* Several years of professional experience (e.g., assistant, support staff, administrator, call center agent)
* Proficiency in French and English at C1 level, with excellent spelling and grammar
* Proactive, committed, willing to go the extra mile
* Outstanding time management skills
* Reliable, detail-oriented
* Comfortable with clear guidance, repetitive tasks, and remote work
* Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Willing to travel once or twice a year for about a week
* Enthusiastic about community building and working in a collaborative, international environment
