You will interact with the whole spanish team on local topics and also be part of an international team with people based in different countries for more specific projects.Your TasksOffering support with :
Identifying and evaluating suitable suppliers and offersEstablishing and expanding relationships with potential and existing service providers and suppliersPreparing and processing order processesMonitoring delivery dates and processing complaintsProviding purchasing-related advice to specialist departmentsNegotiating and concluding framework and contracts with the support of the legal teamWorking on local purchases as well as on Project mode in a Multi Functional team and international environmentGuiding and supporting operations for specificationsWhat we look forCompleted commercial training, with a focus on purchasing1-3 years of professional experience in purchasing, or equivalent experience.Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spokenStrong and proactive personality with assertiveness and social skillsConvincing and confident demeanor towards customers and suppliersService-oriented, completing tasks reliably and promptlySolution-oriented and independent way of workingAnother foreign language such as French is (desirable) .Knowledge of ERP system software (desirable)Salary according to experienceTransport allowenceFlexiplan :
